Certified trainer, business consultant, philologist, trainer, manager of international projects, experienced sales practitioner.

She specializes in conducting trainings on intercultural differences, effective communication in business, conducting presentations and public speeches, modern sales techniques, delegating tasks, building commitment and motivating employees.

She has 20 years of experience in sales and conducting presentations (including commercial and product presentations). As a trainer, she has completed over 6,000 training and mentoring hours for traders, coaches and sales managers as well as executives in Poland and abroad.

She gained commercial and managerial experience, among others. in the company TOMA Sp. Z o.o .; Activ Consulting sp.z o.o. comprehensive business consulting; INOXIA Srl Italy / Belarus / Russia.

In these organizations, she was responsible for supporting development processes, recruiting staff, planning and organizing a team to implement the project; created the structure and standards of team work; motivated, guided and controlled the work of the group.

She has extensive knowledge of the market of training products and services, both on the Polish and foreign markets (Italy, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine), knowledge of current reports and trends in the area of HR and development projects.

She conducts specialized language courses and workshops in the field of effective communication in the work environment in Russian and English.
