For several years in the middle of hard business (management, team building, sales, marketing, team management), helped her see what works in business and what doesn't. The most common causes are communication errors, generational differences, and differences in experience. So the most important thing is „person” and you have to focus on him and show that others have different perspectives and experience, and that in diversity there is strength, not weakness. For years, she has been supporting people who create business, manage organizations and create teams. She believes that it is from them that changes should begin and that they need help the most.
