She specializes mainly in development projects for managerial staff, conducts individual and team coaching, advises organizations in the process of introducing changes, succession, resolving conflict situations, counteracting mobbing and discrimination.

In her trainings, she combines psychological, psychotherapeutic and business knowledge gained during 20 years of professional practice and numerous trainings with the best mentors in the country and abroad.

She also lectures in English.
