About the coach

An experienced trainer using the knowledge of modern learning techniques to effectively raise the knowledge, competences and skills of training participants by: using workshop forms, multimedia models, case studies, strategic games, e-learning platforms. She specializes in training and workshops on entrepreneurship, labor law (including employee and non-employee employment). She has conducted over 10,000 hours of training and over 700 hours of individual and group counseling. She carries out training projects for a wide range of social groups, including the unemployed, people with disabilities and people at risk of social exclusion. Member and substantive expert in the Committee for the Assessment of Applications from OWES, Erasmus + and the National Institute of Freedom. Manager of the "HR and payroll" field of postgraduate studies at the WSB University in Warsaw, a long-term academic lecturer.
