KAMIL KAŁUŻA
My name is Kamil, I am 32 years old and I have been living in Poznań for 6 years. I am eager to learn and do sports. Thanks to Grupa Profesja, I took part in the project, after which I got a job. As a participant in the project, I took part in very interesting theoretical and practical classes, I had meetings with a career counselor, psychologist and job coach. I also did a computer course. Profesja organized a 3-month internship, after which the employer decided to hire me. I am very pleased with the place where I work.
It is worth using projects such as those offered by Grupa Profesja. Thanks to the support of companies such as Grupa Profesja and your own determination, you can gain and expand your professional experience on the labor market.
Internships and activation projects make the employer aware and show the possibilities of a potential employee, thus increasing the employer’s awareness that disabled people are also full-fledged employees.
