Business trainer and organization development consultant. She works on the basis of over 20 years of business experience related to performing various functions in organizations: sales manager, HR Business Partner, training and development manager, manager of educational and HR projects related to changing the organizational culture (e.g. employee involvement, HR policy, employee development, motivating leadership, talent management and outplacement). Active trainer of business managers and trainers in the areas of: strategic HR, team management, business communication and trainer training. She specializes in supporting organizations and HR teams in changing the organizational culture through the implementation of competency development systems, structural changes and leadership, building employee engagement, talent management and onboarding. She spent over 1,000 training days, or approx.8,500 hours in the training room.
